The double room feels nice and open with a simple, clean design. 🌬️ It's not overly fancy, but it's cozy for a relaxing stay.

Although it wasn't hot while we were there we noted that there was no airconditioning or fan in our room and the room was over a busy street abd noisy with the window open,

My partner and I stayed for 1 night in this hotel - We loved it and the staff were very helpfull & had good English also!There are lots of Tapas and Wine Bars nearby and the market is less than 5 mins away!Also the staff recomended an excellent restaurant nearby... which was filled with locals!This is a great hotel - We paid extra for the large balcony whuch was lovely... and it was nice to sit out and have our breakfast in the morning sun!I would deffo stay here again!

The staff here were extremely friendly and accommodating, making our short stay really enjoyable.

The location was 8 minutes gentle walk to town (anyone who says it was a long walk needs to speak to their doctor!), we even walked the 35 minutes to Biarritz airport from the hotel when we left, the breakfast offering was quite extensive, the whole hotel has a very slick modern interior design, very quiet location, TV had lots of channels, staff were always very friendly. When I booked I requested a bathtub but the two rooms with bathtubs were not available at the time, however a few days later the staff called me and offered me the upgraded room, so very happy! One last thing, go eat at the local restaurants close to the hotel, as they are all very good.

The room that we booked was great, it had its own terrace and was great for sunset drinks and nibbles. The rooms are very modern and have everything that you need. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to family and friends. The only drawback is its location it is in a residential part of town and not close to "the action".

The staff members at reception and breakfast were excellent. In room was enough space and everything was well designed. Breakfast was ver good. Quiet, walking distance from the beach and shops.

Very helpful staff, got an adjoining room which was perfect for children. No ac but fan was fine (sept) and good location, quick to beach. Highly recommend.
